Great spot for fishing and watching the waves crash into the shore. Be sure to wear shoes on the pier to avoid any forgotten hooks left by fishermen.

This is the best pier I have ever been to, The staff is super friendly and very helpful, it only costs $8 to fish, and there is free parking. If you just want to walk the pier, there is no charge at all.

Nice pier. Free to walk on but have to pay to fish. Watch your step if your clumsy like me. There are some boards here and there sticking up from being warped and I tripped several times.

Best dinner at Kure Beach! We stayed 3 nights and ate there every night. From their lemon pepper salmon, filet mignon to lasagna, everything was excellent! All staff and owner was superub especially Samantha and Rob. Took home 3 jars of Barbara's special dressing!

Their store had just about anything and everything so I imagine they had chairs and umbrellas. Extremely nice people so if they don't have them they will point you in the right direction.
