15 mins away from the city. A huge area of lovely chapels, gardens, trees, carefully laid servicemen area, childrens garden, and special allotments for special requirements for families. Lots of parking, more like a botanical garden than a cemetery. Careful and respectfully sectioned off places for the departed. I just love it here and it feels welcoming and strangely peaceful... A delightful chapel for mid-size funeral services. Interesting features within, highlighted by light streaming into the afternoon service. Acoustics were good.

We have both sets of parents and one lot of grandparents here so we visit quite often. Mostly it is kept in good repair although some of the walkways to grave headstones can be uneven so you need to watch your step. I have notified them of a couple that we visit so having given them time I need to... More

The facility caters for most people's needs and is always upgrading. Plots, gardens and surrounds are well maintained giving also peaceful opportunity for reflection.

Usually a beautiful, serene place - not any more. A stand of mature bushes near my parents' grave have been removed and replaced with more graves - the site was chosen because of the bushes and trees. Roads within CP have been permanently closed - landscaping is minimal. Please make it a restful place again.

We attended centennial park cemetery to say goodbye to my dear Nanna. The service was provided by simplicity funerals which was a great choice. We held the service in the Mawson room which is very personalised and the service was followed with light refreshments. Centennial park is a great place to visit just to reflect on your loved ones with... More

A cemetery to rate?! -suggested by trip advisor. I have visited here as many relatives buried in this cemetery. Always a time to reflect, but the gardens make it a more pleasant experience. The electronic app on your mobile or at the main reception can be used any time of the day, is user friendly and makes locating a plot... More

I have attended 2 funerals over the last few months. The grounds & gardens and service chapels are nice and provided me with a nice atmosphere to reflect on my loss. Its a place that many come to visit on a regular basis as you can see by the number of graves that have fresh flowers. Its a unusual place... More

I love cemeteries, Centennial park is modern, well kept has, interesting facilities and good views. Great place for a funeral. But it lacks the historical interest that lures me to cities of the dead.

Very well kept cemetery. Lovely rooms for funerals and good parking. A lot of interesting memorials and you can easy look up plots by their computer.
