Right off the parkway this is an easy hike for most especially those with young children. It is very pretty, you get exercise and it doesn't cost a thing.

Hiked to the upper falls viewing area which was an easy hike. Then climbed to the other 2 areas which were moderate difficulty and definitely worth it. Falls were full and beautiful.

It's always nice to get out and be with nature. I enjoyed this hike even though it was a big challenging. The view was well worth it!

Short Hike to the falls with a very nice view. Sound of the falls is soothing and relaxing. I sat on a rock and breathed in the fresh air and felt at peace watching the falls.

Yup you definitely can but the hike down the plunge Basin is quite the challenge. It an awesome hike and definitely worth it but it's not some gentle walk down and definitely not back up.
