The River walk park was pretty. The scenery was breathtaking. This is probably a very nice outing during the spring and summer months. Not much to do besides enjoy nature...and take selfies

Well maintained, clean and tidy walkway. Love it. If you like to walk, jog or just ramble along - you'll love this place. There is seating along the way, an over-look by the rive and some interesting water wheels and other man-made additions.

I walk my dogs here a couple of times a week. This is a great place to walk with trails in good condition with minimal features.

I've done this walk a few times, but this time was with a Meetup group that does group walks with their four-legged friends. There is plenty of parking, the walk is easy and you can go as far as you want or take it easy. If the weather is nice, you'll likely run into a lot of friendly people. Your... More

Great place to visit while in Murphy.! Very quiet and beautiful. Areas available to sit and enjoy the views. All paths graveled or paved except for one trail. One path takes you to the old train Depot. You can see the old train tracks as well. I recommend parking at the ball fields and starting the trail there. The children... More

Park over by the ball fields and start your walk there. If you go all the way down to the depot along the river and back that will be 3 miles round trip. You will start out on paved trail and then go to boardwalk then natural trail. I prefer the natural path through the woods and along the river.... More

Get your 30 minutes of exercise in with this easy river walk. This walk is good for couples, friends, family, solo. Flat even ground to walk on. The paths are clean and we'll taken care of by dedicated volunteers. Stopping and taking photos is option for artists who enjoy painting woods, water ducks and geese.
