Five of us came up to the Justin Timberlake concert this past weekend. This was my first visit to PNC. The staff was beyond friendly. Everyone was smiling and helpful. The facility itself was clean and easy to navigate.

We drove 3 hours to NC to see the Eagles perform. We purchased very expensive tickets but were happy to do so since Vince Gill was performing with the band. Unfortunately, this venue does not appear to have any regulations about over-serving customers. 2 separate...More

Raleigh takes good care of its fans. Nice arena. Good concessions. Awesome marketplace on first level to get snacks and drinks, even my favorite Bold Rock cider. Best brats on the best buns. Lower level.

One of the Christmas gifts I gave to my parents this year was surprising them with tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotters at PNC Arena on Sunday, December 30, 2018. The basketball game began at 6pm. The food at PNC Arena is very expensive, so...More

The show was great, but the seats were tight, too hard & damned uncomfortable. I’m a size 10 average, so I’m not a big person and these seats hurt my thighs, my bottom and my back. I changed positions as often as I possibly could...More

Wide concourses, great ushers, and good traffic flow make this a great arena. Concessions are average, and the atmosphere within the stadium was lacking for a college basketball games. Still, the arena was awesome.

The venue inside is great. Be prepared to pay 20 bucks per meal, outrageous even by stadium standards. Traffic control is completely abysmal. Be prepared to get near the arena an hour in advance to make your event on time

The PNC holds many events including games and concerts. My husband and I were invited to join a company in a special suite, a business gathering with entertainment, cocktails, and food, which was exciting. The suite was far right of the stage, and viewing was...More

Enjoyed a country concert here. It's a nice facility. Very clean, plenty of restrooms. The parking lot was located close to the building so we didn't have to walk too far. Also, security was very visible before & after the show, which was nice.

Poor parking and very poor place to view anything. Located in middle of nowhere-- should have been build downtown Raleigh. Been there 3 times and do not plan to return

Actually the airport is fairly close to the arena. The distance is not the problem, The traffic, on the other hand can be horrendous. We stayed in Raleigh (about the same distance) and it took an hour. Give it a minimum of... More

They are pretty punctual with most events. Expect to get in exactly an hour before, though the line will certainly begin long before the doors open for popular concerts. For outdoor facilities, it is a bit hit or miss... More
