This is a great archives with many novel exhibits and photos relevant to the OBX. Most interesting to those investigating family history. Fascinating aerial photos of the Outer Banks from the WWll era. Get help finding access to really old maps of the area.

I absolutely love the Outer Banks. Take a wonderful hike, check out the wild horses, light houses and very pleasant people. If you're considering the NC Outer Banks as a family vacation, just do it!
