Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The lungomare in Trapani is an absolutely beautiful place to walk. I have jogged along it many times in the early morning as the sun is rising and it is also very beautiful at sunset time. You have the ocean on one side and the buildings of Trapani on the other, several of which are of fascinating architecture. It is a very popular place for local people to walk with their dogs and families. There are various places where one can go to the sea if swimming is on your wish list and lidos not far away.

A very relaxing walk by the sea, early in the morning or in the evening. Also good for a swim. The sea is clean and easy to walk by. Nice view.

A one kilometer stretch of the old Spanish wall built when they controlled this side of Sicily. Great views and opportunities to take some great pictures. The sound of the ocean is relaxing when it isn't crowded. The shore is rocky and there can be seaweed and other debris washed ashore at times.

Quite the view! Rather special in the morning. Not the time of year to swim (we were there in October) but a lovely walk.

Nice stretch for a walk. The lights at night make the place more evocative, you can see the points of the illuminated funicular on one side and the containment bastions on the opposite.
