Well if you're from the UK I'd definitely give this a visit. It was beautiful. All the graves are so well decorated and the statues are gorgeous. I have included a photo below. Its about an hours job and offers some gorgeous views. Doesnt have the awkward grave like feel about it either...

We only spent about 20 minutes in here. We had a look round and then sat down for a bit. What I did find lovely was how much people obviously respect their loved ones who have passed away. There was some grave stones and also tombs in the walls and the majority had flowers on and were obviously well cared... More

located in the upper part of Lloret de mar. Interesting place to visit if the weather is bad for going to the beach.

Just arrived home from a trip to Lloret. Our hotel overlooked the cemetery so we had to go and have a look. Not having reviewed a cemetery before (not our usual attraction) I have to say we, Mrs and 13y old lad, found the whole experience quite peaceful. A really interesting little trip out the Modernist Cemetery, we walked from our hotel which took around 45mins, but you could get a taxi. It was really nice to walk around and read about all the different statues and their history etc. It's really quiet and peaceful, so great for a relaxing morning or afternoon out. Even though it is... More

The cementery is like a piece of art with louds of exquisite sculptures, mausoleum and modern time burial places. Even thou it is a cementery you don't feel here uncomfortable.
