If you happened to visit Gatton Town and have some evening to spare, Ho for a evening walk at Lake Apex Park. The lakeside is so peaceful that you can hear thousands of birds chipping and yapping away from a far distance.

We had a work team meeting here and the room was spacious and has audio equipment if needed. There were 12 of us but the room would easily fit twice that. There is free Wi-Fi. The cafe is right there and serves very nice food.

Lots of information available and not just for the local area. Good for forward planning when traveling through. Also loved the local produce on sale - delicious chutneys, honey and stock
