Very clean beach with plenty of interesting shells. The water is shallow out for a long way so its good for swimming. Its a 15-20 minute walk into town from the Farnsborough caravan Park

Love taking the dogs down here, you can let them run off leash for miles. Make sure you turn towards Yeppoon though, otherwise there are 4WDs that make it a bit hairy. Also, worth going early to avoid the beach kites.

Went there on Sunday, a nice easy drive in a high clearance vehicle. Plenty of family's there with small children.....please observe the SPEED LIMITS and drive with caution. One of the best beach around.

An absolutely lovely beach, beautiful clean soft sand which went on for 17km. We hardly saw a soul and I was in the water on my own. Think this is one that will gain in popularity
