Cab Sav kingdom

Probably the best Can Sav's in Coonawara. Try their sparkling pinot chardonnay- its amazing too. One of our favourites.

It was busy but the staff ensured the four of us enjoyed the visit and the wines. A brief tasting to know what times to enjoy the next day at the Apsley Cup where the winery is the major sponsor. Well worth the visit and I now know this was previously Rouge Homme Winery.

Coonawarra is our favourite Australian wine region. Over the years we have visited and enjoyed many different wines from a range of different winery's. However we had never been to Di Giorgo. The winery was recommended by two different experts. When you visit the Coonawarra region this winery is a MUST to visit! Very interesting range and impressive quality at... More

A small group (6) called at the winery around lunchtime, we were served by Kathy, who not only has exceptional knowledge of the wines, the district and its history, but is exceptionally well spoken and engaging. Which is how we came to find out we have many friends in common, although we all came from a long way north of... More

Had a great time running the gauntlet on their reds helped along the way to a surprising purchase of a Kongoroung Pinot Noir which we don't normally drink. Also had some delicious aged Cheddar cheese to try that enhanced their complex and fun reds.

The wife and I called in to taste some wine. The wine was excellent and we end up buying a dozen. Lovely ambience and excellent reds and sparkling.

Good selection of wines - sparkling and still, white and red and fortified. Even discovered a Montepulciano, an Italian grape from the region the family came from. Cellar door staff very friendly and helpful, definitely going back.

DiGiorgio hve a fabulous cellar door, great wine, great food and even coffee for those so inclined. If you are lucky enough to be here for coonawarra Cabernet weekend you may hear Benn Hood. My favourite wine is their sparkling merlot which they sell in piccolos in addition to normal bottles. Service always great and some fabulous non wine products... More
