Staff were friendly and helpful and patiently answered a myriad of questions. Leaflets supplied and all questions answered, we left well armed to make the most of our stay including Cape Le Grand. Some giftware and clothing available for purchase.
Has the basics and brochures that a visitor's centre should have, but nothing that's is a stand out. It is situated in museum Park which is a good spot as you have the other little shops to look in & purchase goodies from and there...More

Thankyou for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your visit, was there anything in particular you were expecting (or thinking of) in the way of a 'standout'. We are always looking to maximise our visitors experience and any input is very welcome.
We dropped into the Visitors Centre and we provided with very warm advice regarding the local attractions. We both commented that the lady who served us really loved Albany because of her wonderful passion.
A great place set in a colonial, historical village setting within the town. An American lady who worked there was very helpful and informative and advised us on where to drive and what to see. Turns out we spent nearly all day on the drive...More
Last time we were appalled. This time we were treated with respect but basic disinterest. We have been to other centres that seemed pleased to have us in their town. This was not one but the info was useful.
