Worth a visit, try climbing through the cave and up the tunnel at the back. Approx 1km walk from wave rock and worth the walk if you can.

If you have already paid to see Wave Rock it makes perfect sense to have a short walk to see Hippo's Yawn. This is yet another unique rock formation and worth a look.

It is very easy to see the hippo mouth. However the story of what the ingenious peoples used this space for is interesting.

The country side appears to be very dry, but there was still pockets of wild flowers to see. Very easy walk on a a designated dirt pathway, very peaceful.
