Love this experience. Great time outside with no electronics or phones. Took 4 14 year olds and a variety of other ages ranging to 62. Have been several times before and this was the highest water level on the river we have experienced. This is...More

We chose this activity as a team building trip for our girls sports team. We watched the weather for a week and were going to cancel the trip because the weather forecast was bad and had a 40% chance of rain. Plus they had closed...More

We went tubing with our family, ages 5-55. Everyone had a great time relaxing and hollering down the "rapids".

Parked got our tubes. Then a bus took us up and dropped us off. We floated down about 2 hours. Arrived at our car are our lunch and then tubed down another 45 minutes. It was a great Saturday for us. Would totally do again.

My children and I went tubing yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. They do provide you with a tube and warn you of the inherent hazards. Once you are on the river, plan to stay there. You are deep in the mountains and the views are...More

No one in our family of 7 (ages 14 - 70) had ever tubed a river before, so we just checked out the local listings and all the great reviews in the tourist literature and figured it would be a relaxing 2 hour ride. Be...More

I'm so sorry you had this experience! This is a natural flowing river and we can't control the trees that fall as well as the wildlife that live in the water. We try to explain to everyone that this is not a lazy river we...More

Upon arriving with 15 other people we called to verify that a charter bus can make it to the river. The person who answered the phone said yes. This was not the case! Our charter bus got stuck on one of the s-curves and had...More

My family have tubed almost every year for 18 years. It is an inexpensive way to enjoy the great outdoors. Especially on a warm summer day. For the most part it is a lazy float down experience. However, it can be dangerous. When the river...More

I too had a close call in the river while tubing with my 15 year old daughter this past weekend. My tube hit a tree that was down from a recent storm and the current from a rock near the broken tree had me trap...More

This was our first time tubing and Green River Cove Tubing is the best! We were there when they opened at 10:00am and opted for the 3 mile trip for $10.00 a person. They immediately took my husband and I and one other couple to...More

They must be 5 years old and at least 42" tall. I would highly suggest a life jacket and an experienced tuber for each child.

Diana is correct. For transport with Green River Cove, you must rent their tubes. It's $9 for half trip. i believe it's $15 for the entire trip
