The North Carolina Pottery Center is a great way to learn about the pottery history and tradition in North Carolina. The staff are knowledgeable and can direct you to the local potters whose studios and shops are open to visit and shop.

Very nice folks here. You find a fascinating history of pottery and the Seagrove area. All sorts of pottery on display, local and other exhibits. Very nice restrooms, too.

Unique pottery unlike you can find most places is here...the artwork is truly something to see. Prices are very reasonable as well. Pottery capital of the US!

Numerous artists display here. Nice place to go have a look around. Visit individual artists, too! I discovered a few that I really liked by stopping by here!

If you visit Seagrove, you must stop here. It has history as well as a lovely sampling of the local artists.
