Went here for 18, stayed for 36. A must play for me on my annual Grand Strand visits. Course was still very soft from Hurricane Florence 3 weeks earlier but otherwise in good shape. Workers were out repairing and doing daily maintenance. Layout alone is...More

Man, you can barely let your concentration escape you on this golf course! More than other courses. This course beat me up the first two times I played it, and because of that I didn't see the brilliance of this course. Trouble will find you...More

Well first the weather was super. Bright, cool, no clouds and minimal winds, perfect. We played in 4 hours, as good as it gets with guys shooting 95 or thereabouts. Since it was the first time for 3 of us we had some difficulty knowing...More

This is my favorite course in the grand Strand area. Played it July 6 , fairways were great and greens were smooth and true. Lovely Arnold Palmer layout, challenging but rewards good shots. Be sure to choose the right tees . You won't find a...More

5 hour round!!! Spoke with ranger and we were told nothing they could do and never came around again. 4 groups on several holes. Have to pay separately for gps for carts. Course poorly marked. Go elsewhere for a better experience!

Playing River’s Edge is always a highlight of a Myrtle Beach golf trip. It is a hard, but fun course to play. It was in good condition, given the amount of rain it had the previous day. The sand traps were unplayable and a couple...More

I'm not sure what Casey from PA was looking at a week ago, but the only good part about this dogpatch was the cart attendant. They started us on the back nine which already had 2 groups waiting on the tee box. Our tee time...More

This may be the most scenic course on the Grand Strand. From the traditional pine tree lined holes to the hard river/marsh holes, this place is great. Holes 8-9 and 15-18 are spectacular. Bring extra balls because everyone looses a few on this difficult but...More

The new Sunday Ultra Dwarf (SUD) Bermuda greens are terrific. However, I’m a little (a lot) biased given that I’ve played Rivers’s Edge since 2000 when Arnold Palmer personally opened & dedicated, on Bent Greens, & we live on the 16th. We later went to...More

Another great golf course north of the grand strand. Some really challenging holes, but very playable for the bogey golfer. Well kept course. Local rates are excellent.

I really do not understand your question. However, If you are asking about the difference in rates from morning to after 1 pm. rates, I know in the winter there is a difference in price. Call the pro shop and ask about the... More

I have not heard anything derogatory concerning Rivers Edge. Bad news, as you know, travels faster than good news. Generally, they take a lot of pride in there course.
