I visited Thalian Hall for the first time this month and was completely amazed. This theater is absolutely beautiful! I don't think there would be a bad seat in the house. If you live in Wilmington, or are just visiting, I would definitely recommend you check out the schedule and take in a show here. You will not be disappointed.

I believe this is the oldest continuous operating theater in the USA. Architecture is something to appreciate. Theater is always interesting.

Treated my 97 y/o Mom and her date (my husband) to Mark Twain Tonight, with Hal Holbrook. Mom was swept away by the ambience, performance and easy access to their seats on an elevator. They loved it. Parking lot was off limits due to repairs; however, drop -off at front of the Hall was a breeze.

Went to a performance on Valentines Day. The building is beautiful, I was very impressed as we have seen many Broadway productions. Would love to go again and I will!

Built prior to Civil War, the restoration is amazing. Solid local performance by the theater and arts scene as well as touring productions and films. Great for adults.
