Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Poor mall. We walked 5 km to visit the mall. When we arrived there were several shops closed and closed. Had looked forward to some real shops, but think those that were there were more like tourist shops. Disappointing...

It's the exact same fake clothes you see in the streets. They may look more authentic because the clothes are sold from actual "shops", but don't let them fool you. The clothes they sell there has a higher price tag also..

It's hard to call this mall it looks like a bunch of shops. Actually it's the same fake cloth like those near the beach. Don't buy anything here you'd better have a walk here but still there are nicer places in Sunny Beach.

The prices at this mall are very low for a reason and that is because the clothes and products are terrible.

We love shopping malls..... However there is absolutely no way you could call this a mall. We walked through in about 10 minutes and it was 10 minutes of my life I will never get back.

Unable to write anything positive. To be frank not worth one star
We were realtor looking forward to a “proper shopping experience” but was bitterly disappointed. It took about 15 mins to go around and I will never get that time back

Stayed in an apartment in the Barcelo Royal Beach Hotel and the entrance is in this “mall”. We were staying in Block E of the hotel so we had to go through the mall to get out onto the street (although you could also exit to get to a back street via the hotel pool instead).
It’s not really a mall though, it’s just a few boutiques and random shops with no prices in the windows.
It’s clean and tidy and it’s outdoors so you could sit and take in the sun but there’s really not much to see or do here.
The girls who work in the mall shops sit on the outdoor bench seating talking to one another, and then run into their shops if anyone goes in. I imagine they’d follow you round if you ventured in as they must be really bored. We never went in to the mall boutiques or shoe shops though. Displaying little or no pricing on the items in the windows was fairly off-putting!
Any time we walked through (about 4 times a day) the place was deserted (in mid June).
We only ever went into the small convenience store there (drinks, crisps, chocolate etc), and also went once into the downstairs KFC. The latter closes at 8pm.
The coffee shop called Americano often had customers though.
If I’d gone out of my way to go to this “shopping mall” I’d have been really annoyed. 2 minutes walk takes you from one end of it to the other. The shops are all small too. No department stores or high street stores. Just boutiques selling designer labels and traders selling unknown brands. There was also a Samsonite luggage store, a jewellers etc. Quite a random collection of little shops.
If you are interested in going there, have a look at the Mall website as it lists ALL the stores. There aren’t many really!
If you exit the mall at the back corner (via the escalator between Americano upstairs and KFC downstairs) you will find taxis and horse drawn carriages on that corner, if you need one.
There are also plenty of cheap souvenir shops and some restaurants across the road from the mall at the front.

Most of the shops are Italian clothes, sports shops, ski shop , bags etc ,the only problem is that they don’t display their prices, so you have to go inside and ask them for a price. Then you have a job to leave.
