We done the quads and it couldn’t have gone any better. I texted express tours on whatsapp and they replied immediately with great prices and answering all of my questions within minutes. Booked us in and brought us up and back from the activity too! The activity was long enough and we got to see some nice views ! would definitely recommend and do it again.

We came across Express Tours on the back street in Sunny Beach. There are several companies selling trips around the area. We went on Thursday 16/6/2022 on the trip visiting 4 places and took up the offer for 9 lv (£4.50) the lunch. The total cost was 65 lv per person. We had a brilliant day visiting a monastery, a boat ride along the Ropotamo river, a guided tour of Sozopol, lunch and free time in Bourgas. The lunch was amazing. A view overlooking the sea while we enjoyed bottled water, and four courses of salad, vegetable soup, pork stew and ice cream. All lovely hot and tasty meal. A brilliant good value day out.

We took a 2 hours quad bike tour today.
Quad ride took about 1.5 hours plus transfer from and to the hotel.
Safety gear equipment provided.
We drove on the suburbs of sunny beach, it was including some bushes, and fields. During the trip pictures were taken (you can buy them for 20 leva), halfway we had a short break for a complimentary water.
Pros: safe trip even for quad noobies, okay for families with small kids (we have 5 and 9 year olds), interesting ride on different terrain
Cons: the safety guide could take a bit longer. I used quad before but there should at least couple min of training how to use quad and drive it safely.

We had a night flight and needed a transport for a big family (4 kids, 4 adults) and we received a very good service.
The manager was very hospitable and nice, I was able to pay by card, the prices are slightly lower than average, which is nice 🙃
The cars were fine and the drivers were very helpful.
Would definitely recommend the company, thank you!

We are a family of four and they organized us a visit to the Dolphinarium in Varna. We had an amazing experience and everything that was up to them organizaion wise was handled perfectly.
We will for sure be looking up to having them as our travel agency once we consider going on a family trip again.

Well, I tried to book a taxi transfer from Burgas airport to Sunny Beach and called the mobile phone number on the website and the lady, who answered the phone told me she was not at work and could not help me. I asked if we could make a reservation tomorrow. She said no, it wasn’t possible. Then I asked if we could book online? She said no, we could not and interrupted the conversation. Weird experience. I wonder what Express Tours function is??? Terrible experience. What a shame!

Уважаема госпожо, съжаляваме, че сте останали с такова впечатление от компанията ни! По принцип се стараем да отговаряме на всички обаждания и особено на тези, които са в разумното работно време. След 21.00 ч. можем да обсъждаме по телефона само извънредни случаи с наши клиенти, които имат въпрос или проблем от неотложна спешност. Вие сте позвънили в късните часове на нощта, когато хората от нашия екип, както и семействата им, вече почиват. До колкото разбрах сте питали за трансфер на следващия ден, което действително е било невъзможно да се резервира поради липса на необходимия ресурс от наша страна. По тази причина колегата Ви е отказала резервация и всяка допълнителна дискусия се е оказала излишна. Не смятаме, че в този късен час е приемливо да звъните, не по възникнал проблем или спешен въпрос, а за да направите резервация. Логично е това да се случва в работно време. Колегата просто Ви е обяснила, че това не е възможно, като не е счела за нужно да Ви обяснява причините за това, които са вътрешни. Въпреки Вашата несъобразителност тя не е проявила нелюбезност, а просто Ви е отказала услуга, което считаме за нормално наше право, особено когато е поради липса на свободен автомобил. Вие сте продължили да пишете съобщения, на които любезно Ви е било отговорено, че нямаме свободна кола. Вие не сте ползвали услуга от нас, не сте наш клиент и считаме мнението Ви за неоснователно.

We took two tickets for the trip to Varna on 22. June. The guy in the office gave us a lot of info about the tour and we were picked up in the morning. The guide was excellent, we enjoyed the Dolphinshow, the Stone monastery and the lunch.

We went on the trip to Khan's tent and to Bulgarian night. The food and the show was amazing and the service in the office opposite Galeon hotel was brilliant!

I booked two adventures through this place and both times they could not have been more helpful . The staff there are amazing , straight up honest and helpful and super friendly . Would recommend this booking place if you are in sunny beach !!!!
