Good food, nice people. Love the game and fish exhibit, my favorite! Free music concerts, so nice. They have added more places to seat and eat. Travel on the people trailer, get you all around if you need a rest.

One would reason that the North Dakota State Fair would be a huge event when considering that the state is physically very large and that farming is still a big part of the state economy. It certainly lived up to expectations. I happened to be...More

The State Fair Center hosts various activities on a regular basis. i've been there for the annual state fair, flea markets, and many of the other informative events that have been held there. Very nice looking handicapped accessible facility, with plenty of restrooms.

This fair was what one would expect of a fair in farming country. The only downside was the poultry exhibits which were non-existant on the day we visited due to bird flu fears

Wonder time. We parked near the north gate at about 3:30pm on Saturday. Rented a scooter for $40 and we were off and running. Lots of commercial buildings and the big building were air conditioned. Enjoyed the Old Settlers village. Had some fair food and...More

I've enjoyed the state fair for years, the food, the shows, love it all. My family enjoys the horse and livestock shows and watching 4H and FFA kids show off their projects. My favorite this year was attending the Aerosmith concert, an awesome show.
