My favourite Provincial park on the island. I love Drumbeg...the sandstone, the trails, the views from Mount Baker to North Shore. Low tide finds and supposedly good for scuba I hear too. I love Drumbeg.

Visited this provincial park on a tour around Gabriola Island and really enjoyed the interesting rock formations on the beach. Beautiful easy walk through forested paths and lovely views throughout.

Went here during our three day visit to the Island. Really beautiful spot, very quiet and beautiful. Brought a picnic lunch and enjoyed a good part of the day. Water was clear but by the sounds of those that were swimming, definitely cold.

Another lovely spot on Gabriola Island. Great views of the cove where yachts and sailboats anchor. The smooth rocks are pitted with small dimples carved by wind and sand into a skein of lovely patterns. Lots of small tidal pools at low-tide, make it fun...More

This park is small with few amenities but it is situated right on the ocean with gorgeous views. The beach is not sandy, but is a rock shelf and the tide pools at low tide are amazing to explore. The water can be very warm...More
