My boyfriend and I visited Sechelt for the weekend. We mostly played everything by ear and woke up Saturday morning wanting to go out on the water and kayak! We knew it might be trickier to find a place open in November. Thankfully Pedals and Peddles was open and easily accommodated us. I honestly can't remember the workers name but he was so so great! He was the only one there but he was efficient, helpful and personable! It was a beautiful day out on the water- we saw lots of jelly fish, starfish, eagles and a seal sunbathing on a rock. It was such a great day and I highly recommend Pedals and Paddles!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Alex at Pedals and Paddles. He was great fun, efficient and helpful. The boats were lovely and it was an easy paddle to a sun-drenched picnic beach. What a great day we had! Thank you!

Took my my wife here as part of our honeymoon. Best experience ever! They booked us for a guided kayak tour on short notice; did not ask for an deposit or cc number; they even accepted us one day after the start of their off-season. Then, the tour itself was perfect. Kyle was our guide and, man, what a class act. He's laid back and friendly yet thoroughly professional, cool and in-control. Just like what you'd imagine of a BC outdoorsman. He is clearly experienced in the safe operation of the equipment and knowledgeable about the surrounding area's nature and history. Speaking of the area, you couldn't ask for a better spot to try kayaking for the first time. The waters are safe and free of boats. On top of it all the price was more than reasonable. One of the best tickets I've ever bought as a tourist in all my life. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

We rented a double kayak to camp at Nine Mile Beach for one night. The equipment we got from Pedals and Paddles was in excellent shape, and they provided us with a map and spray skirts as well as the standard safety equipment. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered our many questions about the various campsites (we were still deciding where to camp) and thoroughly went over safety information with us. The kayak up Sechelt inlet was beautiful and the campsite was right on the beach, very peaceful. Overall, the perfect trip to end the summer!
