If you love ice cream and are passing through or staying in Sicamous, this is a must stop for this creamy delicious treat. On this operating farm is a small zoo with some exotic birds etc. Another great for young children. It is regular stop for bus tours so it's usually busy but the waits are never too long.

Beside ice cream they make their own cheeses and bottle their own milk and cream. As well there is a petting kind of zoo and you can meet the cows!

We have made a regular family outing of going to D Dutchmen, and we enjoy it every single time. We get ice cream and visit the animals each time. Visiting family loves to join us. The staff is always very friendly and patient while the children select their ice cream flavour.

We stop here everytime we pass through Sicamous! Excellent ice cream, pies & animals! Visit the barns to say hi to the baby cows! A perfect rest stop for the family.

Many different flavours of ice cream that they make on site. A place to take the family with good value, reasonable prices and great service. The also sold delicious homemade pie with fruits from local orchards. The kids thought it was cool seeing the cows down other animals they had on site.

Dutchmen Dairy is a "must stop" on anyone's list while travelling through BC on TransCanada #1. My only complaint is that I can't buy their products at home. Best Ice cream, cheese, chocolate milk......udderly amazing...!!!!

We always stop here on tour. And I like the farmers market across the street , while the passengers hit the ice cream store. They have really good dairy products too. Try the cheese curds. Just be careful, there is a lot of traffic on that road. And everyone is a tourist, so they are looking everywhere but on the... More

Tons of people line up for the ice cream which didn't appear special to me, they did have 14% sour cream and some nice cheeses, its one of those things you have to do once but not worth the hassle a second time. Staff was really nice and they have benches out front but the smell from the barn makes... More

D Dutch Farms Ice Cream, as TripAdvisor promised, was supposed to have varieties of cheese and a possibility to see how it is made on site. No such luck, in fact: I was told they make it at night and no tours - so, TA, take notice! Cheeses are only Cheddars, though with some novelty flavours. We treated ourselves to... More
