Visited there after couple of rainy days, perhaps that turned out a lots of water released from the dam, not so many parking spots provided but it is a place worths to visit if you are going to Campbellford anyway!

Drove to visit on the left bank, the real party is on the right. Parking is limited on the left side, however you can walk across. The view is wild!

On one side these falls have Ferris provincial park, giving it a sense of nature, but it is also bordered on the other side by houses. The falls are nice, but it doesn't feel very natural because of the proximity to the town.

When we went there the dam was releasing water. There were raging waters and you cannot cross the falls.

You can go in on the Hydro right of way to the falls. There is a steep hill to the parking area no matter which way you go in. The area is littered with garbage because of the public. There isn't really much to see.

Very calming area good for a nice walk or dip your feet. Watch out for the sharp stones around the water! Very quite and peaceful.

Pleasant sound of rushing water, green space, view boating activity at nearby lock, with washrooms. Very pretty natural landscape. Bring your sunscreen and bug spray.

Nice place to come let the kids explore. It is nice to see but it is part of the dam so I'm not sure about the safety factor or how often the dam opens. We had a fun time exploring and checking it out.

The canal is currently under construction in December but if you go through the summer it's really a nice drive. It's just a short detour off County road 50 and I would recommend visiting. I take all my visitors over there to see it

Summer visits to Healey Falls should include a camera, a picnic and swimming trunks. The scenery is incredible! The swimming hole at the base is a natural swimming pool. Clean, flat bottom and a shallow area for younger folks makes this visit very worthwhile. Once...More

There is a place, Cole's Point Resort, nearby. I think they are cottages and trailers rather than tent camping.
