Pick pocketers on the lose!
Advising anybody who shops at this mall to be aware of pick pocketers, recently just happened at sketchers but gladly the store employees came in contact with useful contact information found in a customers wallet. Thank you on your behalf! Please be aware of your surroundings visiting this mall and of your belongings.

Real outlet
This is what I really call an outlet! The deals are real and it has a variety of shops and designers. I find it really difficult to take my teenager son for shopping with me. We usually take long time and we end up buying nothing. However, he was really happy here and he could find many options which were matching his taste. I could find many beautiful things from high Brands for myself. The food court was good as well.

Spent the day at Toronto premium outlets.
Super shopping experience. Most inernational brands are represented. Decent food court and rest rooms Grace an Outlet Ambassador was very helpful. Rabu at the Gap store also deserves commendation

Love this mall!

My husband and I visit this mall about once every 3 months, and only at the beginning of the week (Mon.-Wed) as it does not seem too busy then. I don't go to this mall with a specific shopping list...that way lies frustration at any mall, and this mall is Big! Just go to wander, go in a store if it looks interesting, enjoy the day and you will find things to buy at good prices. I especially like the Icebreaker store but it is not cheap, but it does have some great bargains, like buy 5 items and get them all for half price.

Not really an Outlet mall

Good place to shop but not so much discounts. Many place sell the merchandise the same price as the regulars stores. For children’s clothes I’ll go to a regular mall where the stores are indoors and don’t have to deal with rain or cold going from one to another

Not great for going in winter when it snows outside

I go to this mall at least once in 2-3 months as it’s 15min from where I live. In summer unless it’s Monday or the beginning of the week there is no parking. Once we tried to find parking outdoors (no luck) than got stuck for 30 min trying to find parking indoors. Than we just left without finding parking. In Winter we don’t go there it’s cold and snowing and you get cold and wet. Not a nice shopping experience. I don’t know who approved a project that looks like it was made for southern Spain or Florida weather but today I didn’t see many people shopping and it’s the weekend it was snowing heavily and it was very windy.

I love the deals and the upscale shops. Not happy with the customer service of the shops. I asked in three different shops for directions of another store and the answer was we don’t know. Which is fine I don’t expect them to know everything but they didn’t even try to help.Just ohhh we don’t know. Not let me ask someone let me do something to help and the stores were empty.

Hopefully they keep the deals coming so people will go back in summer.

Arc'teryx Sales person Bad Attitude

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a concerning issue I experienced during my recent visit to your retail store. Unfortunately, the encounter left me deeply dissatisfied due to the attitude problem displayed by one of your employees. My visit is at Arc'teryx Toronto Primum Outlets on July 27, 2023.

The specific incidents that occurred during my visit include:

My terrible experience was caused by the salesperson, who is male, around 40 years old, with a grey beard. I kindly asked him to find a size for me, but he had an extremely bad attitude and was unwilling to do so. The exact conversation is as follows:

Me: Excuse me, could you find me a medium size for the blue jacket over there?

He: Which blue? Didn't you see we have a lot of blue ones?

Me: (Indicate and point to the exact one) that one, over there.

He: That one? He rolled his eyes. What is that one? (He rolled his eyes AGAIN)

The aforementioned incidents were not only embarrassing but also made me feel unwelcome in your store. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. It is disappointing to encounter such behaviour, especially when I have been a loyal customer of Arc'teryx for 5 years.

I believe in giving feedback with the hope that corrective actions will be taken to address this issue and ensure that future customers do not face a similar unpleasant experience. I request that you take the following steps to address the situation:

Conduct an investigation into the incident to gain a clear understanding of what transpired and verify the facts.

Provide appropriate training to the Employee and all employees to emphasize the importance of customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.

Take necessary disciplinary action against the Employee if deemed appropriate, in accordance with your store's policies.

Communicate the steps taken to address this issue and assure customers that their concerns are being taken seriously.

As a loyal customer, I hope that my feedback will be considered seriously and prompt action will be taken to rectify the situation. I value the products and services offered at Arc'teryx, and I would like to continue supporting your business. However, if such incidents persist without resolution, I may be forced to take my patronage elsewhere.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the actions taken to address the situation. I look forward to hearing from you soon and seeing improvements in the overall attitude and behaviour of your employees.

Great stores but not pet friendly

I love the selection of stores but the mall is not actually pet friendly. I was turned away by two stores when i had my dog on leash (not referring to food handling stores). It's really odd to have some stores allow dogs and some that don't.

Pet friendly shopping center

This is an outdoor shopping center so if it’s a cold day be prepared to wear warm clothes. We went with our dog and he was allowed in all the stores.

The staff was friendly and in the stores we used the dressing room they cleaned before we went in so I’m this new normality make us feel safe.

The open setting of the mall is great, does feel congested. All the brands that we typically buy from, are here and tons of deals.

The location is great- right on the highway but it tends to get really busy as the day progresses so jf you want to shop with ease, try coming as early as possible - Avoid the weekends

Wonderful shopping trip

Great shopping trip… the commute from our downtown Toronto hotel took about 45 mins to get to the outlet, we left just after 10:30am & took a taxi. It cost $125 each way.
There was a great assortment of designer luxury stores such as Armani, Versace, Burberry, YSL, Prada, Gucci, etc. We only had time to visit several stores… but left with tons of shopping bags. We walked by the food court & visited the bubble tea place. Guest services called us a taxi to go back to the hotel.
