Everything was a rush. Only allowed 20 mins for a mediocre cheeseburger lunch and only water and tea included. Restroom was a dump and hand basins filthy and cracked. Minibus was falling apart as were most of the paths and steps. Needs to be renovated

Skip it if you are going for the cenote. $33 USD is way too much to charge. There are many other cenotes that are easier to reach and a lot less hassle than this place.

I was unable to get a reservation at Rio Secreto for my sister and myself, so we went to Aktun Chen. Their a la carte way of visiting the 3 main activities—ziplines, cenote swim and snorkel, and dry cave walk—was very convenient. Our guide for the cave walk, Rodrigo was funny and super helpful. When my sister's camera malfunctioned, he... More

This was our 3rd trip here. We had wanted to do two activities but due to a little issue did only one. The selling feature for this park is the cave walk – which has been rated by National Geographic, but it has a cenote you can swim in and Jungle Zip Lines. (34 lbs to go to try those!).... More

We stayed at the Grand Sirenis and we took this one day tour that included TULUM, Aktun Chen and Yal-Ku. Impressed with this tour and with the guide. Amancio was very knowledgeable and dynamic. Great with the kids. Clean transportation, bottled water offered.

We are renting near Aktun Chen and we arranged for transportation from our Casita. Our driver Oved was very courteous and professional. We chose the guided cave tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable explaining the various features of the cave. The jungle walk after the tour included many animals and cool shade. We had lunch at the restaurant with good... More

This was an amazing activity. The cave tour is awesome and snorkelling in the cenote was a highlight. Staff very well trained and friendly. The whole tour (Tulum in the morning) and the nature park in the afternoon was very well organized and a lot of fun.
