This is an environmentally savvy organization that is attempting to asset with the turtles. The person we spoke with was very knowledgable and a delight to visit EVEN off season.
better than overrated swimming with dolphins, not advertised much but a great day, easy to get to, great memories. you see lots of turtles but also squid, ray, star fish, etc
Turtles are another amazing creation of God. Here they are studied and cared for. Eggs are protected from predators Swimming with the turtles was easy and safe.

They coordinated our day to Akumal Beach and Aktun Chen. They were knowledgeable and friendly, our group of six had a great time.
Fantastic snorkelling with free swimming turtles, beautiful beach, warm waters and hidden treasures. I can't believe we got so close to these magnificent creatures.
