Did a sampler with BD Tours and guide Mario. Tulum, snorkelling and Aktun Chen. Highly recommend this tour and this company. Mario showed great pride in all things Mayan, showed great care and concern for his customers, and his Spanglish was perfect! The cenote was definitely the highlight of the day. Highly recommend asking for Super Mario when booking a... More

The center is off the beaten track which makes it inaccessible for coaches. This is great as you virtually get a clear run of the place. All the staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable of the area and culture. Our 3rd visit and highly recommended for a visit.

Loved it here! Never been zip lining before but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff great and I felt very safe. Cenote and underground tour beautiful. There was only our party of eight in the cenote so really peaceful. A monkey walked into the cafe when we were having lunch which was a bonus! Also saw a tarantula in the grounds which... More

We've been to several cenotes. This one was particularly beautiful, the service was great and we learned a lot.

We went early and got a private tour of the cave and the cenote swim. This was one of the highlights of our trip. If you are comfortable in nature, and want to experience the caves and groundwater system of the Yucatan this is a great choice. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. We took a taxi from Akumal for 300 pesos, about... More

I had never snorkeled before and am in general an anxious person when it comes to the water but this was not scary at all, and it was AMAZING! So, so relaxing. The water is cooler than the ocean but in August in Mexico, that's a good thing! We bought the picture package which I normally stay away from and... More

What an incredible experience, the staff was awesome, got wonderful pictures. a must do if you aren't afraid of caves or small fish swimming around you. The water is cool and crisp and it is just a magical experience. Lots of other activities you can do there like zoo and zip line tours. A must do!! Well worth it!

After deliberating over several cenotes in the region of tulum, Puerto morelos and akumal, I chose Aktun Chen. I liked the website and it's amenities. For a family with a young and older children this was a very nice mix of variety of activities in one place When we got there, the Google maps were off on the destination, it... More
