We thought we pop by since the cenote was down the road from out hotel. It’s not expensive at all (60 pesos for adults & 30 pesos for children). We were told there was a waiting list, but by the time we used the bathroom and had got changed, we were called over ( The changing rooms cost 5 pesos per person to use). We spent a lovely hour swimming. It’s different to the Cenotes we have visited on our last visit to Tulum, but they are very unique. Life jackets are mandatory, but not the best. For the price and location, definitely worth a visit.

Easily accessible Cenote. Restaurant on site. Changing room and facilities available, reasonable admission cost. This Cenote is not as clean and clear as others but it is convenient. Both parking lot and street parking available if you’re driving.

I went on November 30 with my boyfriend, where we stayed we walked 10 minutes to get to this cenote. The stay is for 1 hour if I remember correctly, which I didn't like that it was limited. It has a restaurant, we didn't eat there, but that gives us a plus to visit and take advantage of it to eat as well.

Just an incredible spot to swim. Very cold water and a lot of rough steps before a more even set towards the bottom. Would recommend beach shoes but worth every step on such a hot day to cool in the waters. Beautiful

It’s a cenote in the heart of the city. There’s a good mix of local families and tourists. Does get a little crowded but we were spoiled by having a few cenotes to ourselves on our travels. Theres a few places to jump and some little fish, so a nice place to snorkel. The entrance fee isn’t that expensive but the facilities are quite basic - which we really didn’t mind. Overall it was a nice place to get out of the heat.

Great location just few steps from city center, to refresh from the day's heat. I paid 60 pesos for one hour in the cenote, but if there is few people inside, may be they will allow you to stay a bit longer. There is a change room with showers, but there is not anything inside for take a seat when you're changing your clothes, not even a hanger. Only floor and walls. Some seats would be very appreciated there. They charge 5 pesos to use it.

Parking was difficult. It's in the middle of a town. The (free) lot only holds like a dozen cars, then there is street parking around the cenote, but it's being used by people in the town, not just people going to the cenote. It was only $4USD to get in, which was by far the least expensive cenote we visited. They had bathrooms for like 30 cents. Life jackets are optional, but I would suggest taking one down. It's a big cenote, so swimming the whole time would be tiring. This cenote is pretty, but the main enjoyable feature for us was cliff jumping. You can jump from five feet right from the area that most people enter. You may be able to jump from about ten feet at the top of the stair area, but nobody jumped from there, so I'm not sure. What we enjoyed the most was jumping from the platform that is probably thirty feet high. No other cenote we visited had anything close to that high. I tried to jump from a place where there was a break in the wall that was probably thirty five feet, but the lifeguard blew a whistle at me to not do it. There is supposedly a man-made waterfall that they only turn on Saturdays and Sundays, but we weren't there for that. It looks like it would be pretty.
