Love this beach. Calm, quiet, not too crowded during the week. Great mixed crowd—young & seniors, locals & tourists, solo travelers, couples, families. Windsurfers, kitesurfers, dive boats, kayaks AND very few wave runners—much appreciated.

The sand is white and soft, the water is waist deep and crystal blue. True you have to pick out an area with chair to rent- but mainly it’s just the cost of food and truly worth it for a paradise beach experience!

The beach here was so much nicer than at Playa del Carmen's Mamita beach. Crystal clear water and white sand. The beach club guys were a little pushy the moment we walked in, trying to sell us a beach chair and food. We had all...More

It depends on the season. During high season it’s pretty busy most days with weekends having the highest traffic. The safest bet is during most weekdays.
