Never overly busy, even in the school hoiidays. Daughter has a great time. You also have a good view of your children from where you are sitting. Best one in the area. We find an hour is enough. Cheaper, nicer staff and cleaner than the one a couple of miles away - flip out. Would go here every time. Socks must be warn, which are a couple of pounds but you can keep for next time.

I went with my two daughters, who are 10 and 7 years old, for 90 mins. I think they would of preferred the 2 hours as it took them a while to actually become brave enough to get stuck in. It wasn’t too busy either, which I was pleased with. They’ve staggered entries, every 30 mins so as people arrive, people are leaving. Me and my friend wore masks but no one else, and no one was asked to. There was a sanitiser on the wall and sprays. The staff member on the door at the entrance was really friendly and professional. The staff on the floor didn’t do much, not sure what they were meant to be doing tbh. I noticed a sign to say the sponge area was closed but noticed some kids still going on it while staff members all stood together chatting. I didn’t eat in the cafe but it’s part of the eat out and help out , which is a bonus but we had already eaten. Slushes half price 👍 There was an ninja obstacle course, which my youngest attempted but was too small. She enjoyed just jumping around really. They didn’t get chance to do the dodge ball as all the older, bigger children constantly on it, which was a shame. It’s a good place, and handy to other restaurants if you wanted to make a day of it. I think it’s because I’m comparing it with Flipout which seemed a lot bigger and better.

Unprofessional staff. This place is more suited for smaller children. Staff on shift are rude and unprofessional. Said my son and his friend were messing and kicked them out without informing us. I did not know till 15 minutes later, as the boys were too embarrassed to say. I was watching them the whole time, the boys were just having fun not doing any harm. I was really upset as I had spent £25 for the 2 boys to jump the boys were devastated. Manager unhelpful and somewhat arrogant, contradicted himself and not interested in parents point of view. I asked if he would refund me half the money as we had only been there half the jump time. He refused in a horrible tone. It is clear staff are far to young to be in charge of children they too busy jumping on trampolines. Furthermore if they take a dislike to a child it is clear they will kick them out even if the child have done nothing wrong. They seem to take a dislike to any child over 8 years old. Very disappointed Won’t be returning.

Freedome is a lot smaller than flip out, but this also means easier to keep eye on your kids. However, we booked on line and this was our first visit. The front of area/reception is absolute carnage. Music way to loud, and no apparent staff willing or able to assist. I finally found someone to help, but was directed to another desk where the girl couldn’t be less interested if she tried. This kind of treatment really spoils the experience. We were not treated as paying customers, and don’t think we will ever return.
