- Paul WirralWallasey, United Kingdom72 contributionsDesigner Outlet Mayhem! The craziness of Christmas arrived when we visited on the 27th. Firstly the parking was horrendous. Queues just to get into the place was not a good start. The whole outlet was choc a block. Queues forming outside the majority of shops. Not the sort of shops I like and definatly a woman's paradise. I'm a blokey fella and like tools and stuff but no shops for any of that and basically it's all about fashion and accessories. Not my ideal place to go and the crowds just added to the disinterest.Visited December 2022Travelled with familyWritten 28 December 2022
- Darren D9 contributionsMolton FrownHad a family outing to Cheshire Oaks on Boxing Day to seek out those elusive bargains, as expected it was busy but well managed and as normal clean and tidy and generally nice place to visit and went into a number of stores, i must say that the young chap who served me in Under Armour was friendly and very professional and was a real credit to the store. On the other other hand was Molton Brown, or maybe should change its name to Molton Frown!!!, the staff were miserable, unfriendly and not interested at all, now maybe dont like working Bank Hols and Boxing day, but we,ve all had to do it at some point so hey ho. A little smile goes a long way.Dear V6848JAdarrend, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your recent visit to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. We are very sorry to hear your recent experience with our Molton Brown store was disappointing. We will ensure this is relayed to the relevant team. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. - Tilly J1 contributionRude and aggressive store managerDo not shop in US Polo Assn shop. Rudest store manager named Jo is the absolute worst I have ever come across in my entire retail experiences. Also they don’t like to give refunds on faulty goods and will verbally abuse you if you query them as to the reason why. If you value your money and expect good customer service support then avoid this shop. Had to take my complaint up with to head office who were more helpful.Visited March 2023Travelled with familyWritten 21 March 2023
- ikaiz92Bolton, United Kingdom3 contributionsToo many petsIt was great many years ago before they allow pets into the stores and restaurants. For someone who like to eat/ drink in peace at starbucks (without being sniffed at) after a stroll of shopping, this is very unpleasant. Just imagine 5 dogs in the outlet at the same time. Barking at each other while we were deciding between A or B of items to purchase. I ended up not buying both because it was so uncomfortable and loud. It should be a fun shopping experience for everyone and not just the pet owners.Visited December 2022Travelled with familyWritten 22 March 2023
- Jane360Conisbrough, United Kingdom2 contributionsMisuse of disabled parking should be addressed.Appalling that despite getting there early, a lot of the disabled bays were being used by people without a blue badge. This should be addressed as no warnings/fines were on cars that did this. Found better discounts at the York outlet and disabled parking is clearly signposted there. Good choice of places to eat.Visited April 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 30 April 2023
- TaylorWrexham County, United Kingdom5 contributionsPandora staff are awfulWent to the cinema and thought we would have a look around the shops. We decided to go and both get Pandora rings and possible a bracelet. When we went into the shop we weren’t greeted or asked if they could help with anything. Once we found the bracelet and ring we liked we stood for around 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and show us the sizes. When we weren’t asked by anyone we went to the till where one person was chatting with a customer and after 5 minutes there, we were told to go to the other till where someone would help us. We then went to the other till and finally someone asked to help us. The staff are so uninterested and although they didn’t have our ring size, we decided to not buy the bracelets or ask about a different ring as the staff clearly weren’t interested in the sale and we decided to spend our money elsewhere.Visited August 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 6 August 2023
- oneholidaygirlMiddlesbrough, United Kingdom24 contributionsVery disappointedNormally really enjoy a day out at Cheshire Oaks but sadly yesterday we left early because of the "Dog Friendly" situation. The place was overrun with dogs!!!! We had to leave Joules when a couple came in with a German Shepherd dog which appeared to upset a couple spaniels who barked constantly. Neither owners made any attempt to leave so we left without our shopping . While waiting for my sister outside the ladies toilets I saw several dogs piddling up the flower containers, now I know this is what dogs do when they are out - on a walk down a country lane but NOT in a shopping venue. For goodness sake leave your dogs at home when you go shoppingVisited August 2023Written 14 August 2023

I come here many times, network is not good enough, so I will choose to connext their WiFi, but today all cannot! Would suggest they can fix the network issue so customers are willing to come again! Or we need to bring the walkie-talkie before we come.Visited November 2023Travelled with familyWritten 25 November 2023

I love this Mowgli. The staff are lovely and friendly. It’s got a great buzzy vibe and the food is fabulous. We had chat bombs which are delicious the amazing tamarind fries. My other half had the chip butty and we split a ginger chicken and curry lamb. The other bonus is it’s dog friendly as is most of Cheshire oaks. Well done we really enjoyed our visit and will be back.

Great place for shopping, good selection of shops and not just designer clothing brands. Good variety of restaurants. Nice atmosphere especially with the Christmas decorations up.

Poor service. Sadly, the manager in Joules does not aspire to offer good customer service, unlike the colleagues we came across in the shop floor. I think she was looking for an argument today. We come here on a regular basis as we love Joules’s product and the staff are always really helpful, but obviously not the manager.

Excellent selection of shops and generally good discounts. Food choices are a bit lacking though as is parking which can be a bit tricky unless your willing to walk.

Lots of people take dogs to Cheshire Oaks. Many of the food outlets have outdoor tables and I am sure you would be able to sit at one of these with your dog.
