Great to see the fish and sharks underwater. Management need to review their approach.

A good day out, but can be very expensive. Their policy on toddlers is somewhat confusing, under 3's can't do many things - but if they're over a height limit, they are charged as if they are 3. Our 2 and half year old was about 2mm over the height, and we were charged as a child. The management and... More

Went today as we had been staying nearby for the weekend and the weather was bad. It was ok. Not awful, but not brilliant. Waited for a whole in the queue to pay and thought it was quite pricy. The whole place seemed to be a bit 'closed season' even though it was busy. Rides weren't plugged in, vending machines... More

After visiting several aquariums over the last few years thought I would try the blue planet. Very expensive, very small. Without doubt this is the worst Aquarium I have visited. A family of 4 was £56 and we were out within an hour. If you can get an offer and pay no more than £25 for a family would say... More

This is a great morning or afternoon place to visit, doesn't take a full day to see everything which does make it a tad expensive. However, the aquariums are great and the huge tank and tunnel are just brilliant. Seeing sharks, eels and all the other fish so close is amazing

I had an amazing underwater shark diving experience! The instructor Julie made you feel as safe as you could be and confident in the water. They stuck by close to you the whole way through and you got really close and personal with the fishes and the sharks! It was an unreal experience and I would definitely recommend. Just a... More

If this place was bigger or had more to do then my review would be kinder but it isn't. An eye watering £32 for 2 people to enter plus £2.50 for the car park. Outside it looks tired. It took us less than an hour to go round it's that small. My son wanted a chocolate bar from the vending... More

There were five in our party, 2 adults, 3 children aged 5,3 and 1. The day was quite a disappointment. We paid on the door for a family ticket costing over £50. It was a shock to find that there was a car park charge on top. On entering it took a while to figure out where everything was, we... More

Went with my husband 2 daughters and 4 of our grandchildren , this was for our youngest grandchild 1st birthday. Location was good , and as we'd taken two cars was pleased that we were not charged for car parking. Apparently according to other reviewers it's normally £2.50 per car. The children loved the exhibits and kept them interested .... More
