PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE GARDENS ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, THE HALL IS ONLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON TUESDAYS, SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS. Arley is a place of enormous character, charm and interest. Visitors are frequently struck by the warm and intimate atmosphere and the feeling that Arley is a much-cherished family home. The Gardens, which are amongst the finest in Britain, are outstanding for their vitality, variety and historical interest and are particularly celebrated for the magnificent double herbaceous border. The Hall is an impressive example of a Victorian country house built in the Elizabethan style.

As it was such a nice day yesterday we decided it would be nice to pay a visit to somewhere with gardens to enjoy. We werent disappointed in our trip to Arley Hall and enjoyed both the gardens and our trip around the hall. The hall has amazing ceilings so dont forget to look up! Unfortunately we did not enjoy... May is a great month for visiting Arley,as the gardens come alive with azalea, rhododendrons, and many others I can't name but are at their colourful best. The surrounding parkland give the place such a sense of seclusion, yet you are only a couple of miles from the motorway. I suppose Arley would make a great stop - off part... More

I did not visit the hall as this would have been an expensive trip for 4 people so just paid for the gardens. The gardens were fantastic, beautifully maintained and interesting. The day we visited there was a plant sale, a good variety, cheaper than most garden centres and bargains to be had at packing up time. We took a... More

Arley hall os just wonderful. The gardens are beautiful and the house amazing. Parking and access is easy and all in all we had a great time. The food in the restaurant caters for Gluten Free and Vegan as well as everyone else. An excellent day out. Top Tip? Take your camera :)

Just so beautiful. So many wonderful discoveries. Peaceful and quirky. It really is magical. Lovely on your own, with family or friends. I bought a season ticket! The grand children love the playground and the woodlands and the goldilocks house! Great cafe but also a lovely place for a picnic. The plant nursery is also well worth a visit. I... More

We visited just to view the gardens and were not disappointed. They are absolutely beautiful and kept immaculately. When we were there the Rhododendrons were out and the colours of the many varieties were out of this world. It is a peaceful atmosphere walking through the gardens and the woodland walk is spectacular. In addition to the Rhododendrons there are... More

Arley Hall delivered everything I had hoped and more. I checked out their website prior to visiting as I needed to know it was wheelchair friendly and had good accessibility to the gardens. Having visited other similar venues and been sorely disappointed with promised wheelchair accessibility I wanted to ensure it wasn't a wasted trip. There is a golf buggy... More

What a lovely place Arley is. Been several times but today's visit was perfect, with blue skies and few visitors we had the house almost to ourselves when we wandered around it so plenty of space and time to read everything. So well preserved and presented for visitors, it feels like we're welcomed in to a home as there are... More

This is a gem. Beautiful gardens with walled garden, orangery, topiary, very chilled. Visited on the May Bank holiday Monday and it wasn't crowded. Still being lived in by the owning family give it a great feeling, not a museum. The Hall is worth a tour and the gardens were full of blue bells, tulips, azaleas and rhododendrons. The woodland...
