Velocity Widnes is the best place to have fun! We have the biggest indoor inflatable in the UK to enjoy whatever your age or ability. Our huge inflatable area features two extreme drop slides, a giant slide into the UK’s largest ball pool, a gladiator arena with podiums to battle from, high climbing wall, Total Wipeout style giant bouncing balls and lots more. There is also a dedicated arena for under 4s that includes its own slide and ball pool. We offer amazing birthday party packages, toddler only groups for pre schoolers, fitness classes, disability friendly sessions, group events, corporate team building days or tailor made packages to suit your needs. As for the spectators, why not relax in our at Café with free customer Wi-Fi and enjoy our speciality coffee and food whilst enjoying the fun from afar! At Velocity Widnes the inflatables are so much fun you’ll want to return time after time. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Went today with my 3 year old grand daughter. The toddler area was not controlled, clearly there was older kids in, which clearly states not over a certain age and height. No one was controlling the area.
There was a young girl watching over the larger area. There was food in the inflatables ripped in areas, definitely not worth the money we paid, felt unsafe at times. Won't be going again

Very disappointed that there was little to any air conditioning. Our sons birthday party was in early June which was hot however as it was a modern building I assumed they would have some sort of air conditioning which they didnt!! All the parents couldn't believe the heat in there. Even in the party rooms upstairs it was roasting, to the point one of the children's parents had to run to be sick due to the heat. Cannot fault the staff they were brilliant just a word of caution to anyone going dont go on a warm day!

This has become our favourite local place to go with the kids. Staff are super friendly, it’s very clean and they are very accommodating with children with additional needs. Tony is fantastic a really goes out of his way to look after his customers.

The inflatable area is great, our son and his friends had a great couple of hours here.
My fault for not checking price first, but avoid the tango slushy drinks - a can of coke is £1.75 so not too bad, but a similarly sized slushy is, sit down for this, £4.50!! Absolute rip off.

Not the worst but not the best place we’ve been to. We paid for the two hours for £12 which was a good offer, check in was really easy and the kids were straight in. The actual inflatable area looked good and the kids all loved it.
The part that brought the day down was the food. When the kids came off the play area we thought we’d stay and eat, the prices seemed pretty reasonable to be honest. I ordered mine and then my friend ordered hers straight after. We waited approx 40 minutes before any of the food came which was longer than we expected. I’d ordered three meals - two tuna mayo toasties with chips and a pizza. The toasties came but the pizza then took another approx 10 minutes to come. The toasties weren’t good to say the least. It was just tuna on warm bread - no mayo as advertised so I had to mix the tuna with sachets of mayo. Luckily the pizza was good when it arrived. My friend ordered three meals - again one came approx 10 minutes after the first one was brought out. The second one eventually came after another 20-25 minutes. The wrong meal was brought out after around 10 minutes and then we ended up asking for a refund but the correct meal came at the same time. So all in all, the toasties were awful and three out four children waited between 10 - 25 minutes for their food. It seemed odd that each order didn’t come out together - each meal seemed to come out whenever it was ready.
So, a mixed review really. Play area was great, the food service and quality of some of the food was poor. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay and eat again, felt like I’d wasted my money with most of my order.

I visited velocity, Widnes with my 2 daughters on 3rd August.The environment and the staff were very good and helpful. It was fun day for us and they enjoyed a lot.

Had a great party at Velocity on Saturday for my daughter's 8th birthday. Really well organised by all the staff but just wanted to thank our host, Lewis, in particular. He was very attentive, and once he knew all the children were signed in and catered for, he went and played a game of tag with them on the inflatables. He really helped ensure the kids had a great time! Would definitely recommend!

Came with the expectation of having some trampolines, as the pictures on the website and Google clearly show this, although inflatable only and possibly more suited to younger children. Would not have paid for 2 hours, has been a waste of money and NOT cheap

Just wanted to say thank you to Velocity for making my daughters 10th birthday party so fab! From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by lovely staff who were really organised. Our party host, Grace, was lovely too- nothing was too much trouble. The inflatables were great and the party food excellent (nothing left- which is a good indication of how good it was!). I would definitely recommend a visit to Velocity and wouldn’t hesitate booking another party there. Thanks again to all the lovely staff.

Cafe prices are ridiculous, 2 fruit shoots and a coffee £5.40
£14 per child to bounce. Only a handful of features. I would rate this place as poor value for money.

Actually my daughter's been invited to a party I am particularly concerned about the waiver and the right for velocity to take photos and film and have the right to show it this is part of the waiver where you can't do anything if your child's hurt surely these are two separate legal issues and I would say goes against new data protection laws in UK??? They should be 2 waiver forms. And I'll be honest it's put me off allowing any child to use this facility.

I think the best thing here is to call up your local council and get advices from some one who is in NO about customer rights! If u look up Wirral venue am sure some one broke there back don’t take my work plz look this up am only telling what I seen on web site

Yes. There are tables and chairs on the same level as the trampolines and seating upstairs. I

Yes adults can go on,although not seen many, maybe parents with their children. Apparently weight limit is 20 stone.

hi,I was about to book for 2 children ,2 hours in total with socks and it came up as £40, 1 hour would cost £22,is it another £9 each for 1 more hour? I've read it's another £5 each for another hour? thanks, Vanessa

Used to be £5 for extra hour, then they changed it to weekdays only. But they have offers on at certain times so things change. Best to check.
