Unexpected delights in the Cumbrian countryside just south of Penrith. Little craft shops, (pottery, photographic & jewellery) open green space with picnic tables and a delightful cafe selling homemade fare. Charming friendly service in the fresh air. I will be back!

Visited here with my partner before heading to brougham castle lovely little place, with little shops and cafe within the grounds restoration work in progress can't wait to go back and see how it looks when complete
