Went for a walk around Cartmel, the priory is an amazing piece of architecture. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. A true piece of beauty and tranquillity.

We had a very good guided tour of the Priory and learnt a tremendous amount about it's history. The Priory was founded by William Marshal who became Regent of England for the future King Henry III

As far as I am aware, not yet. Matters like this seem to occur on repeat days , so log into the 2015 website and make notes from there. Or E mail them direct. Sincere regards Bill
