I was bought an introductory course by my wife as a birthday present. I had to wait for there to be enough other participants for there to be a group. So, I was one of five who got a chance to learn this craft over a 4 hour period. Jo is brilliant, patient, very skillful and a good teacher. We all had a good time, and we all went away with 2 finished products! Thank you

Visit Jo at the craft studio to paint your own ceramic figure or pick her brains on making and renovating stained glass windows. A real fascinating place in a quiet courtyard away from the traffic.

My daughters and I have spent the most brilliant day making lovely stained glass suncatchers with Jo's clear and helpful guidance. So pleased and proud of what we have been able to achieve in 4hours! At £55 each its not a cheap holiday activity but, in my opinion, when Alton Towers costs £30 each, and then £13 for lunch (and you come home wet and short tempered), it is much better value! We are already talking about coming back next year just so we can do another day making stained glass things. Very, very highly recommended.

Have recently had a stained glass window made by Jo. I chatted to Jo about what I wanted and she translated our chat to a sketch, we then chose the glass together and she made it to size. It looks beautiful, everyone who comes to my home comments on it. I am so pleased with it.

A bunch of us visited the Craft Studio, and did some pottery painting. It was a really nice alternative activity that can suit all skill levels and ages, from young children and upwards! It is indoors so ideal for a rainy day Jo was really nice and friendly and helpful. The only reason we didn't give a rating of 5 was that it came to quite an expensive activity; although the price does include the pottery pieces, glazing, firing, and postage and packaging.
