After going to the top of mam tour and seeing the view, we decided to go deep into the ground since it was close by. The shop was sweet but the ticket system here is a little confusing, and there was little information we could see saying when the next tour was. Once into the cave the tour guide really... More

Our guide on the day was a son of this family owned attraction, his knowledge and enthusiasm made the visit most interesting; not just seeing the magic of the cavern but what makes the stone unique.

An enjoyable tour filled with lots of great facts. It wasn't as adventurous as I'd hoped. Most of the Blue John is elsewhere or being mined so you only see a small amount, not that it really matters. It seemed to be more family orientated as the kids were yelling out all the answers to the tour guide's questions, their... More

We visited the mines on a snowy day we went down the cavern and had a lovely walk down we had a good tour guide telling us about this working mine. Getting up is hard for the unfit but the tour guide done it in stages rather than just going at the whole 245 steps. Very interesting place glad we... More

We found the Blue John Cavern interesting and different to what we have been to before. It is located in a beautiful area, with stunning scenery. The cavern itself didn't have a lot to it, and the café didn't have much of a selection which we found disappointing after the long walk to the Cave. Overall it was a good... More

First of all, the views were pretty breathtaking, however the weather ruined the experience. I would suggest visiting this attraction more in the beginning weeks of September. The customer service levels were extremely immaculate. We visited this attraction on a college trip and received great customer service and support. The gift shop had some beautiful crystals and rocks, they also... More

We visited Blue John Cavern as part of a college trip on 17th October. The staff were very helpful, especially one member (sorry I cannot remember her name) who came out and helped us by giving us directions to the attraction. Inside the attraction was very fascinating with the guides being very helpful and able to answer most questions.

We visited on the 17th of October as part of a college trip and We were dropped off by the coach company 40 minutes away from the attraction, the staff at the cavern were very helpful and showed exceptional customer service. The tour was very interesting and was well worth the visit.

We went to pay for our ticket and were entitled to discount as caravan club members. The lady in the shop was rude and said she didn't know anything about it. It is on the website - made to feel like I was asking for too much! The mines are good to go in lots of steps so you need... More

Dear Madam, I totally refute that you were entitled to a discount through the Caravan Club! We have no such arrangement with that organisation!! If you wish to clarify this for yourself, please feel free to telephone them and they will confirm this!! Could you please also stipulate on what website this information is presented? As for the notebook, I... More
