    Online ticket booking
    We booked 11 tickets to see Hallelluia at the end of April. However, as we had trouble paying online we phoned the Box Office. They were so helpful and polite, and all was sorted in minutes. If only everyone could be as friendly as them! We have been several times before and have always had excellent service. Well done!!!

    Fantastic experience
    This was our first time at the hailsham pavilion for a parent & baby showing and we couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, and the environment was very relaxed our little ones and us parents loved it and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend & will be sure to return again soon.

    A Cinema Classic
    A wonderful cinema from a bygone age. Lovely classic auditorium with really really outstanding staff who are volunteers. The whole experience was wonderful and i hope the summer crop of block busters gets the seats nicely filled up

    Fabulous School Trip to the cinema
    We took 90 children on our school trip to the cinema. The staff were amazing, they welcomed us with smiles and supplied lovely ice-cream tubs to each child. The team at Hailsham Pavilion coped fabulously and made the whole experience so special and as stress free as taking 90 small children to a cinema can be!

Fabulous School Trip to the cinema

Worst cinema experience ever

Pre-purchased tickets for The Batman on Thursday 7th for Friday 8th showing, upon arrival the doors were locked and no staff were present! Worst cinema experience I have ever had, total disappointment and evening spoiled! Upon seeking a refund, attitude from Paul was very rude, will never recommend or return.

If you want your cinema trip to be a lovely memory…

Gorgeous, gorgeous cinema with so much heart! You can overlook the hard seats for the stunning surroundings, friendly staff, variety of snacks and relaxed atmosphere. Watching a film here is so memorable and special. I come as often as I can!

Great little cinema

Wonderful cinema, the decor is very much the period in a wonderful building. Run by volunteers who are always helpful and friendly . A place I fully recommend everyone to visit.
