Hailsham pavillion is one of the best independent cinemas I know. It has one screen but it does not feel especially small, and with the top films being shown slightly later than the big cinemas like cineworld, tickets are much cheaper but you still get to enjoy a great cinema experience.

This is a great place to see films and experience live music. Fairly small and cosy atmosphere with excellent facilities like the refreshment kiosk and the ban on popcorn

What a lovely place to watch a film, very friendly staff, extremely good value for money, unlike cinema chains that are very over priced. It caters for all ages, they have special viewing for Autistic children, live shows and the Panto in January is absolutely fantastic. It is a delight to visit this cinema, comfortable seats, sweets, drinks and ices... More

We had good seats second row from the front with plenty of leg room. The booking office staff was very professional and helped us choose our seats. All together a great night, especially Phil Beer and the Band brilliant music.

The Hailsham Pavilion is one of most pleasant cinemas I have visited, and thats saying a lot as I have visited many cinemas throughout my life. One of the things that sets this venue apart, aside from being an independent, is the fact that it is a registered charity. It is clean, intimate, pleasantly decorated and lit, and run by... More

We visited this Pavilion cinema for the first time last week and will be back again. The people who run this village cinema are all voluntary workers who support this wonderful fully restored 100 year old building for the sheer love of the place and they are all great people to meet. We visited for the afternoon matinee and the... More
