A visit to Daylesford is not complete without a visit to the lake. On the shore of Lake Daylesford is the Bookbarn, a quirky second hand book shop with a small cafe and deck overlooking the lake, This hidden 'gem' has quality secondhand books, local wine, cards from local artists and where possible the cafe uses local produce offering coffee, cake, cheese and wine on the deck.
