Only giving one star because zero isn't possible. For this price there is a basic expectation that this environment is clean and relaxing- it is not. It is particularly small, there are children everywhere and it has a public pool vibe. The change rooms are...More

This was a great experience. I went with my adult daughter and we enjoyed the "Sanctuary" package in the Bathhouse. Modern facilities in a historical area. The beautiful warm/hot mineral waters left us energized and invigorated. Definitely worth the money, a bucket list experience.

After pre paying $210 online for family of 5 for the Boathouse pool we weren’t expecting any additional costs until we turned up and were told we needed to purchase towels and locker key on top of the entrance fee. This added another $30 to...More

I have been to a few mineral baths and this was definitely my least favourite. It was basically just a slightly warmer public pool, not very relaxing at all especially with all the screaming children around who are also jumping in the pool. It was...More

Seriously disappointing and at a total loss as to why this is so well regarded? The change rooms and bathrooms are totally unhygienic and dirty and the pool is similar to something I assume you would find at a motel. Definitely don’t bother visiting this...More

After the lengthy renovation period I was expecting something expansive and comfortable. Definitely not - I experienced screaming kicking spitting kids, overcrowded baths in both the public and 'private' sectors and dirty showers. Even the pumps make a juge noise and the refurbishment does nothing...More

I cannot believe how unhygienic the whole leisure was. I highly doubt they mop the floors. Yes I am aware the floors are wet 24/7. But try and use a towel to wipe and see the disgusting residue on the towel. Won't be visiting again...More

Car or bus be best way. If u a visitor with no transport, maybe be visit the tourist bureau in Melbourne and ask re a tour to this area which includes the spa. This way you will see all the best the area has to offer.
