This is a hidden gem! Like a nature safari right across the road from one of the main streets and holiday accommodation areas. We went late afternoon and were able to see quite a lot of wallabies and hand feed them carrots too! They are...More

Great bay with calm waters and absolutely fantastic snorkelling at low tide. Lots of corals and fish and a ship wreck to see!

Take a stroll down here to see the rock wallabies, there are plenty around so you are almost guaranteed to see them, there are some lovely views over the bay from here and plenty of big rocks that can make some lovely photos

Good beach to walk along and look for coral and shells. Also a good place to launch kayak. Art Gallery over the road at one end, old ferry Wharf to explore at the other end and a paddle or swim in between.

We went here at the end of our trip to magnetic island and saw some wallabies. Very unique experience although they are pretty shy. You can feed them which in this case means, putting the food somewhere and hope they gonna take it :-).
