Stavros has created an amazing exhibition of emu egg carvings that is well worth a look. He’s a very interesting man with many stories to tell and I love how he has carved eggs to commemorate both his personal and social milestones and events.

This is well worth the $5 entrance fee - a short video about Stavros first and then he took us through the displays explaining what each meant. What a talent which he has passed on to his youngest daughter. May she continue the work -...More

Take the time to visit this awesome place. Share the passion of a mans skill with the world. I love visiting places like this . who would have thought in a small country town like St. George I would find such pleasure. Great Job.

Very talented man who does the carvings on the emu egg. Unfortunately I don't think that's it's worth the $5 per person to see it.

Great to see how he does the eggs and well worth the $5.00 entry fee. A must is to watch the short video.

We visited this exhibition on a Saturday morning, but I think it may have closed around noon. I think the only day it is closed is Sunday, but if in doubt there is a phone number so give it a call!
