The courthouse and police station provides insight into the history of Willunga and the Slate museum looks at the main industry in Willunga - Slate quarrying. Popular place for weddings.

The Guide was able to convey a sense of the times when the Courthouse was operational and the reason it was built where it was. If able, take te time to visit.

Beautiful old stone building, now a courthouse museum adjoining the Slate Museum too. Worth a visit, as slate was the prime industry of Willunga in 1840s on, still a quarry opertaional today out of town. National Trust care for this facility.
