The annual Mill Festival each fall is one we will always plan to attend. Lots of great local vendors; great food at a very reasonable price. And the location is beautiful

The Algonquin Mill Festival is a marvelous opportunity to see how things were done in the olden days. The mill grinds wheat, corn and spelt and the homemade sauerkraut is awesome. So many crafts are demonstrated, spinning, weaving, fiber dying, to name a few. Steam...More

Very interesting and well worth the time. Thursdays are work days and the folks were friendly and helpful to the utmost. Old farm equipment, old grist mill (still functional). Take a trip back to a slower pace--great fun.

Living just down the street from this complex for twenty five years, I have been here many times during festivals. Fun times and fantastic for kids. Will return.
