I came here on a Sunday morning. I thought that they opened at 8am, but I was wrong. They actually open at 9am. The store is located inside a historic bank building and is essentially a fancy, artisanal grocery store, like Whole Foods (but without...More

I'm glad that Heinens, a locally owned and operated grocery store, decided to invest in downtown by putting the cities first supermarket in the architectural landmark, "The Rotunda" but, I am disappointed in the price points that they offer, I understand they are a higher...More

It is a beautiful building. Heinen's always has great deli food and service. I'm happy for those people who live downtown they can shop at a top shelf grocery store. It's just to bad the building could not be utilized at something other than a...More

Second floor wine tasting stations are excellent. A reasonable amount of grocery items in a smaller than usual grocery store. Worth a visit.

Heinen's is located inside the former Cleveland Trust Building...the rotunda is remarkable. And the selection of groceries is really good too!

Touring in Cleveland and stopped for lunch after visiting the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. What a delightful surprise.....beautiful dome ceiling and paintings surrounded by magnificent architecture. Wonderful selection of deli foods, outstanding salad bar, oyster bar, and so much more.

The building is beautiful and it has a great grocery selection. The deli was average, but had a nice selection to just grab and go and eat in your hotel. It’s nice to have a full grocery nearby in a downtown district.

Stopped in for a couple of items though we’ve been before. Terrific grocery. Nice prepared foods. Great looking meat. Good produce, cheeses. Nice wine bar and retail wine upstairs. Wish I lived closer.
