Well kept park on the Maumee river. Interesting and informative about the history of the fort and the people who were there when it was. There is no Fort - just a park with placards telling you what was where.

There are several historic markers and signs around the fort grounds. Very scenic spot where two large rivers meet. Beautiful spot for photos.

The resting grounds of Fort Defiance - now a park on a hill with a beautiful overlook. Look down to see markers designating the places within the Fort. Quiet, peaceful and tranquil. Go read the history, then sit and enjoy the river view!
