Rhinos all around

Well it's a very big park and what you get most to see is, 3 horn rhino. Lots of tourists around. A very beautiful jungle.

This is the reason why I travelled to Guwahati. It is an amazing experience. Jeep Safari and Elephant safari were really special.

We wanted to see a rhino, we saw hundreds of them, you do not even have to go into the park you can see them from the road. Also many wild elephants and we were lucky enough to see a tiger. We also saw a family of Gibbons on the side of the road, not even in the park. We... More

The Kaziranga NP is an heaven for rhino's. Specially with an elephant trip you can get very close to the animals. Sambar deer, hog beer and other animals are easy to spot. Sometimes a tiger can be seen, but you need a lot of luck. The jeep safari is done on the road, while elephant safaris are off road. We... More

We visited Kaziranga on March last week, and I think its probably the best period of time to spot maximum animals. We have visited both Kohora and Bagori ranges, and our experience was extremely good. Both the jeep safari and elephant safari were superb.Would love to visit again.

The place is very much dedicated to wildlife and nature. A place where there is no one to disturb the habitat of the wildlife.

When coming from Guwahati, you drop in Kohara and the booking office is 700 meters down a road on your right(2 rhinos line the road). We went straight to the booking office with our bags and told the booking office we wanted to share a safari as the car holds 6 and we were 2. He said no problem but... More

We visited the park in March, probably not the best month to visit due to the dry nature of that month. Saw only one distant Tiger but lots of Rhinos, Elephants, a King Cobra and birdlife. We did Safaris of the east, west & central areas, all were different in the habits seen. Giant Hornbills still around in this park,... More
