We hired a car from Motoxperience in Koutouloufari this month and had a fantastic experience with the company from start to finish.
We were impressed by the reasonable prices for car hire and the range of cars, bikes and quad bikes on offer. The car we hired was spotlessly clean, almost new, and fully equipped with air con and Apple Car Play.
All staff members we dealt with were friendly and professional. They offered and fitted a car seat for our son and were comprehensive in their explanations of how the car seat and the car itself worked.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Yet another fantastic holiday in Koutouloufari made doable thanks to the amazing service from Motoxperience in Koutouloufari. They have top of the range Mobility Scooters for hire at very reasonable prices. Delivered to your hotel/accommodation and collected at the end of your hire. They have a decent range so you're not having to recharge daily, in fact during 7 days hire it only needed a quick top up charge on day 6 👍🏼

As a company we believe in quality and this applies to our mobility scooters as well as they are used by some of the most vulnerable customers, therefore safety and comfort is absolute paramount when purchasing these vehicles.

The service you receive from Moto Experience, from first enquiring to returning vehicle, is second to none. I hired a mobility scooter as I could not holiday in Koutoulafari, without it. This was a top of the range scooter. Electric. I hired it for one week, used it daily and on returning it, there was loads of charge left. I did not need to charge it the whole week. It was a lovely, sturdy and safe vehicle. I will be able to return to Koutoulafari because of Moto Experience. Thank you.

George was very helpful and not pushy when asked for a rate.
We ended up hiring a car for the day to visit the south of the island (would highly recommend it), George even told us about a place called Tsoutsouros which is a fishing village. The total cost was 70 Euoros including full insurance, which for the experience was a bargain !!! The next time we go, we plan to hire the care for a couple of days, and stay over a night.

We are using their services now since 2017 and visit Koutouloufari twice a year for a duration of 3 weeks each and rent a vehicle for the whole duration of the trip.
The service is excellent to a point where we can now call Julius and his nice family friends.
We look forward to May next year when we can return to Crete and will certainly use the services of Motoexperience again.
We are highly satisfied and can only recommend their services

Really first class experience. Communication was excellent and the guys were really helpful, making the nerve-wracking job of collecting a bike at the airport really simple. They picked us up and dropped us off and looked after our bags. I'm not saying this is company policy, but they couldn't have been more accommodating. Crete is beautiful and rugged. Make sure you select a vehicle that is up to the job you want of it. We went for a large scooter for the luggage capacity and it served us well for our long trips in the mountains, but an adventure bike with panniers may have been even better if you can afford it.

Together with a friend we rented two motorcycles from MotoXperience for a two-day exploration of the far east of the island of Crete.
Julius, the owner of MotoXperience and all the staff were very professional and kind even in choosing the most suitable motorcycle and the itinerary.
Motorcycles perfectly maintained and found ready on our arrival as agreed. Everything perfect and fast as for the return. I recommend MotoXperience for your holidays in Crete.

I hired a Royal Enfield Classic 350 for three days to see a bit of the island whilst my family relaxed around the pool at the hotel. I spoke with Julius over the phone who arranged for me to be picked up by one of his team at 10am the next morning; the driver was on time and took me the ten-ish kilometres to the shop. My first impression was that all the bikes are in excellent condition and it is a 'proper' bike shop, not just someone running a hire business. I had a good natter with Julius about bikes, the UK, Crete, and then sorted out the paperwork and insurances - basic comes a standard but I always upgrade which wasn't that expensive, and then he showed me around the bike. The bike was low mileage and in A1 condition and came with over half a tank of fuel, with the request to return it with a similar amount, with that I set off to explore the island. Crete is stunning and very varied, with incredible panoramic views and once you get away from the tourist areas is remarkably traffic free, petrol stations are regularly spaced and there is no problem with paying by card, although the custom is that an attendant will fill up for you. The mountain roads are a feat of engineering and full of twists and switchbacks, and generally the condition of the roads is equal or better than the UK, although on the less developed South side of Crete were a little worse, but nothing to worry about. When I returned the bike after three good days of riding, we had another chat and the Julius arranged for me to be driven back to the hotel. I enjoyed it so much that we are planning to come back next year but I will hire something bigger and for longer so that my wife can ride pillion with me and we can see more of the island. I will definitely use Julius and MotoXperience again as I felt I received a five star service from them and would heartily recommend them to anyone that plans to ride in Crete. NB the ride up to, and around the Lassithi plateau is well recommended.

We had an amazing experience with motoXperience in the town of Hersonnosis on Crete. My wife and I booked two Vespa scooters for our 2 week stay. We were picked up from our accommodations, and when we got to the store, our two scooters were nicely cleaned and ready to go! Julius and his staff were super friendly, very punctual and always available for any questions. Also very helpful to show us the best places to travel on the island. The store had an amazing variety of top quality vehicles, both the two wheel and 4 wheel variety. We would highly recommend this store for any rental you may need while on the island of Crete. By far the most positive experience we have had renting a vehicle anywhere!!

The best car/bike company I have ever used! And this is coming from a 60 year old man that always hires transport when on holiday. I hired a bike and also a car, both were immaculate. In fact all of the vehicles were pristine, it looked more like a showroom than a hire company. Oddly, this put me off at first, thinking it would be expensive, I was so wrong, value for money is an understatement. Julias was so helpful and took a lot of time explaining the best places to visit, he gave a map and wrote down the best areas of the island to visit. The contract is straight forward, no hidden costs and no overselling extra's. I hired a Royal Enfield 350 and liked it so much that I bought one when I got back to the UK. How many island hire companies would have this kind of motorcycle to hire? Great times, thanks Julian. Andy, Tom and Sue.

HI, will be be Koutoulafari in approximately 4 weeks time and would like to hire a quad bike for maybe 5 to 7 days.We would need one bike for 2 people with enough power to get up steep hills.Could you give me a price for a quad bike with enough cc's for 2 people for 5 or 7 days. How far from Koutoulafri are you and can you deliver to that area.........Many thanks

My son and I are staying at the Dia apartments in early September 2018 and would like to hire a quad, the Exclusive canam outlander 570cc, I tried to email you and do a reservation through your website but it kept saying error. The total price came out at 210 Euros for 3 days is that correct. We were possibly looking at hiring a jeep for 4 days the second week
