    For nice customer experience, yeah no... 🫤Look elsewhere for pleasant experience. 🙃
    We rented a scooter, which was fine and dandy. However the approach that the gentlemen had was so very laid back that it seemed like they didn't want to be there. Ask how much insurance costs. Since they did not disclose this firsthand and tried pushing it, I finally asked and was met with "smart question". 😑 This should simply be mentioned, I'm renting and wish to receive all information before signing anything. Hand off after renting was short and to the point.

    Dear customers, We are slightly confused by your review... Was the person laid back or pushy? We would never expect a customer to sign a rental agreement before all terms and conditions have been clearly explained and we have done exactly that with you as well but maybe not at the speed you were expecting it... We are sorry to hear that you haven't received the high standard customer care that we always strive to offer to each and every customer...

    Avoid like the plague
    Avoid this place at all costs, greedy and so rude. We made a request for a quad with 24hrs notice for delivery of the bike which got accepted, delivery time was confirmed at 10am. We were expecting the bike to be delivered at 10 am as agreed, instead a man shows up in a red Kia stating that he needs to take us to the shop 15km away, by the time we get to the shop it's now 10:20 and the owner is busy with another customer, he then sees us at 1045 (45minutes passed the agreed drop off time) at this point I mentioned that we had an arrangement for the quad to be delivered and the words that come out of his mouth were 'if you have a problem we can give you a lift back to the hotel now' No sorry, no apologies, O customer service and absolutely zero respect to our time and 45 minutes that were wasted plus some more now for the trip back to the hotel. His excuse was that the booking was made at "short notice" which he should have not accepted could he not have adhered to the terms of anyway. Extremely unprofessional, not friendly

    As you've mentioned yourself, you have made your reservation the night before and your accommodation was 15 mins away from our premises. There was never a mention of the quad being delivered, from the beginning we have offered to pick you up FREE OF CHARGE, a car turned up for you 20 mins after you've called saying you are ready. When you have arrived to the office, there were other customers waiting to be served as well , most of them with bookings that have been made well in advance. This is the high season and it's very busy everywhere, we did our best to accommodate you on a very short notice but it sounds like you were expecting the whole company to stand prepared for you to arrive so you don't waste a minute of your time. Your manner, attitude and language got very rude and abusive after a few minutes of waiting so my colleague kindly offered you a lift back to avoid further escalation, as it was obvious that things will go from bad to worse ! This review is a clear sign of somebody who believes that after a few clicks on a keypad, things magically appear at their door step and every person is alive to serve them... After you use your phone, somebody needs to process your request, then organize another person who will drive a red Kia 15 mins either way to come and pick you up, then another person will fill in your paperwork, then yet another person will give you helmets and instructions how to operate your vehicle... So this company that needs to be " avoided like the plague", has mobilized thousands of euros worth of resources in order to make your reservation happen, yet 1/2 an hour of your time, seems a lot more precious so you feel entitled to go online and present it like we've really wronged you... To wrap it all up, we do feel that your review is excessive to say the least, not really sure where does "greedy" come into place in this whole situation, maybe you also got annoyed because this company has other customers as well and isn't waiting for your business only to survive, maybe it was the red KIA that put you off, either way, good luck in your life...

    Very rude and intimidating, the guy looks like he doesn’t even want to be there. Much better places to hire a quad from in my opinion. Best of luck retaining customers with your abysmal customer service

    It sounds like you are just doing your friend a favor and decided to write another negative review, it is very clear to us that this is linked to the previous review, you have never even come into contact with us, the chances are that you have never been to Crete either, just feel sorry for you and wish you've found yourself a purpose in life, other than trying to tarnish a business's reputation that you don't even know !

It was an excellent experience to rent motorbikes with these people! We got the two bikes delivered at our hotel in the morning on our day of arrival, and we had them picked up at the hotel as well when we were leaving. Great service! Of course it cost some extra money, but we absolutely got what we paid for.
The bikes were in excellent condition, and we had a great time riding around Crete, lots of twisty (and dangerous) roads! Our hotel was on the north coast, but it didn´t take us long to cross over the mountains to the beautiful beaches in the south. The mountain roads are dramatically scenic and there are so many small villages and nice places to see along the way.
We really appreciated the GPS that came on the newest bike, it made it easier and more fun to navigate around in the Cretan maze of country roads.
All thanks to Julius and his team for making our stay in Crete a wonderful time!
We highly recommend renting motorbikes with Moto Xperience in Crete!

Great man to deal with, Julius is a motorbike man himself so went with his recommendations. Hired for 5 days and had a fabulous time. Bike was in fantastic condition would have no hesitation in recommending using him at all. Thanks again Julius.

Quad bike hire.

Had a great day out exploring Sissi, Malia, Krasi Village (had a fantastic lunch in one of the traditional Tavernas) and the Plateaux , all of which were recommended by the knowledgeable staff at MotoXperiance. We chose one of the bigger quads, a bit more expensive but well worth the extra, what a great vehicle! Would highly recommend it if you're staying in the area.

A great Xperience

Returning to Moto Xperience for yet another year to hire our scooter for our two week vacation , we were warmly greeted by Julius and sarah as returning customers and friends.
The display of vehicles for hire looked amazing and cater for a wide range of choice whatever your needs. All well maintained and in pristine condition, which in my opinion is a reflection of the quality and service of this establishment first class service from the whole team. Overall highly recommend. Whatever you require be confident this business will deliver. Enhance your holiday pay Julius and Sarah a visit.

Three things I require when hiring a vehicle. 1 Quality of the machine be it a bike, a car or a quad. I need to know the vehicle is in good working order. 2 reasonable price. Cheapest isn’t always the best especially when you are driving through some of the twisty roads around Crete. 3 Good service. I could go on forever about the service but I will just say. ABSOLUTELY GREAT. I have used this company for many years and will continue to do so.

Rented a car and the next day a quad. Both were very good and we enjoyed our day out. The employees are nice and are very knowledgeable about places to visit and where to go. They also speak excellent english.

we spoke to alex he was very kind and direct. to my opinion the best place where you can rent. he also gave us a few recommandations. the car and scooters were perfect we hired twice here and im glad i did. he informed us perfectly about everything and we had a good chat. totally worth it!!
